Loki

Our beloved 500-gram African pygmy hedgehog, Loki, passed away today, just shy of his fifth birthday. We will miss hearing his little foot taps in the wee hours of the morning, his hissing in displeasure when we would wake him up during his midday snooze, and his anointing rituals. He is in hedgehog heaven now, complete with an endless supply of meal worms and free from the confines of his cage. I am sure the weather is ideal, too, at a warm 77 degrees with no humidity. We miss and love you, buddy.
