Hello, I want to thank you for all that you do for our pets. My partner in crime and best friend for the last 13 years passed away suddenly from cancer on August 15. Sadie “Katt” Vogel is her name and she was privately cremated by your team and I picked up her remains today. The thoughtfulness of what your team puts together is very heartwarming and comforting knowing you took very good care of her. Thank you! I’ve never been through this before and I didn’t know what to expect. I’m very thankful for your caring team. I’ve attached a recent picture of her smiling, as she did often! It hasn’t been easy and I’m still in disbelief but I know she’s in a better place.
