Achilles

Achilles came into our lives 7 years ago. He came to his forever home with his sister and have filled our home with many wonderful memories. I was far away from my family and very homesick, and my sweet kitties brought me so much comfort and unconditional love.

Achilles, born with a twisty paw, was the most loving cat I have ever known. He loved being carried around in my arms and almost every night I would wake up to him purring and kneading on my chest. He was my source of comfort through many hard times, and I feel an incredible hole in my heart with him gone. Our home is not the same and I miss my friend so much.

Achilles, I hope you know how much I love you. You are so very special to me. I wish we could have saved you from the cancer, my sweet, gentle baby. You were taken to me far too soon.
